Assess the situation
We look at the scope of the job before getting started to ensure that we are providing the right kind of service for your home, whether that is a cleaning from ladders, from the rooftop, or with a 2-man rope-and-harness team. We'll also preemptively check for areas of concern to make sure we don't miss anything that needs special attention.
Remove and clear debris
Gutters, downspouts, and roof are all cleared of debris to ensure proper water flow. Before and after pictures are taken for customer review, and anything that is found needing repair will be acknowledged and quoted in our job completion report.
Leave the area clean
Once the cleaning is done up top, we will clear any fallen debris from the walkways, driveway, deck, bushes, window seals, etc, and we will blend it with the natural environment surrounding the home. Options to bag the debris or haul it away can be quoted when necessary.
Job completion report
Once the job is complete, we will provide before-and-after pictures, as well as a completion report detailing any findings from the cleaning. This will include recommendations for future cleaning times and frequencies, quotes for any repairs needed, and suggestions or quotes for any recommended improvements help the funcionality of your system.

What if a downspout is clogged?
Downspouts are checked and cleared during the service, whether that requires a simple blow through or a manual disassembly and reassembly of the downspout elbows to clear trapped debris. In rare cases a downspout cannot be cleared without damaging the pipe, in which case a quote for full or partial replacement of that pipe will be provided.
Why do I even need gutters at all?
A proper gutter system will prevent water from running down the sides of the home and damaging the wood/windows/doors/etc. It also prevents erosion at the foundation of the home by catching the water as it runs off of the roof and channeling it away in a controlled manner.
